Dr. Rios is the Chief Executive Medical Director and founder of Rios Arizona IPA. In his role, he works setting the strategies, vision and provides executive leadership for one of the most efficient staff model medical group in the country. He cultivates a strong relationship with providers in primary care and multiple specialists. Dr. Rios is also responsible for providing quality care by the medical group.

Dr. Rios completed his medical school at University Metropolitana Xochimilco in Mexico City and received his board certification in family practice after he completed his residency program in Martin Luther King Hospital in Los Angeles, California.

 

Dr. Rios's medical group counts with dozens of primary care medical clinics in multiple cities in California and Arizona since 1996.
